Be equipped for all stencil frames – without additional expensive adapters
There are many stencil formats, and the DEK Adjustable Width Stencil Mount accommodates all of them. A single manual step is all it takes to adjust the stencil holder, saving time and money during product changeovers.
To compensate for size differences, smaller stencils no longer need to be loaded into unwieldy stencil frames. After measuring the stencil size with the integrated ruler, the operator simply sets the desired size in one easy step. When combined with the DEK Auto-Stencil Load Option, product changeovers become significantly easier.
The DEK Adjustable Width Stencil Mount accepts stencils ranging from 381 mm × 381 mm to 736 mm × 736 mm.

Change stencils faster – with maximum process stability
DEK Auto Stencil Load automatically loads stencils into the pre-programmed position and also unloads them. It does this much faster than a human operator, and with a significantly lower probability of errors.
A short press on the touchscreen is all it takes for the DEK solder paste printer to move the new stencil into the right position. This accelerates changeovers significantly and eliminates the potential source of human error during manual insertions.

More process control with more efficiency and quality: The DEK Automatic Paste Dispenser applies solder paste from a cartridge – automatically, reliably, and more evenly than by hand.
In combination with the squeegee’s Paste Roll Height Monitor, the Automatic Paste Dispenser detects when more solder paste is needed, then applies solder paste evenly with compressed air at a user-defined speed and position automatically.
With the DEK Automatic Paste Dispenser you avoid production interruptions and scrap due to late or incorrect paste application.
Safe and effective transfer – without spatulas and manual labor
The paste transfer DEK TQ Series system is designed to remove paste from stencil and deposit paste onto stencil with the aid of the front & rear squeegee, and the squeegee drip tray.
Solder paste is automatically transferred during stencil changeover eliminating the manual process by the operator as well as risk of contamination and defects.

Go/No Go paste on pad verification
The DEK HawkEye is a high-speed paste on pad verification system providing up to 100% verification of the print deposit within the line beat rate.
DEK HawkEye inspects the print deposits with speed and precision while the board is still in the printer and provides the operator with Go/No Go verification. The system recognizes reliably whether a PCB needs to be reprinted or whether the stencil underside requires cleaning.

Closed-loop interface to SPI systems
DEK ProDEK is a statistical based software package to improve the print offset coming from material quality and other factors.
DEK ProDEK optimizes the stencil cleaning rate and reduces the required cleaning material and stencil changeover intervals. The Software makes decisions based on statistical data by collecting SPI data and the DEK part takes care of the printer adjustments in real time. DEK ProDEK works with the DEK HawkEye or Process Lens from ASMPT as well as with third-party SPI systems.
With DEK ProDEK you detect printing deviations and can correct them automatically.
