This central data is available to all programmers at any time thanks to the client-server library which can be easily synchronized across locations.
Geometry data can be imported from CAD files to save time, and component parameters can be conveniently recorded in the office or at a SIPLACE Vision Teach Station.
PCBs are described as a product independent of a production line and can be flexibly distributed in manufacturing.
With offline simulation and optimization, WORKS Programming ensures a quick and smooth introduction of new products.
If SIPLACE PCB data is available, it can be directly used for the DEK program. The printing process is quickly and effectively described in a specially created editor using prepared library objects. A feasibility test ensures at the programming station that the programs will later arrive consistently at the printer. Program changes during production are written back to the database.
