ASMPT Showcases the Intelligent Factory at NEPCON Thailand 2025

ASMPT SMT Solutions drew a vibrant crowd at this year’s NEPCON Thailand (18 – 21 Jun), where our dynamic Intelligent Factory concept was showcased and sparked conversations across the fair groundsr. The fully integrated concept — connecting data, processes, and people — resonated strongly with visitors looking to boost productivity and drive down error rates.
Throughout the event, the ASMPT booth buzzed with interest as attendees explored our state-of-the-art SMT hardware solutions, including the DEK TQ solder paste printers, Process Lens SPI system, and high-performance SIPLACE SX and TX placement machines. Visitors were particularly drawn to our automation innovations — such as automatic program change, material feed, and waste disposal — all designed to streamline production and increase flexibility.
The excitement continued on the software side, where ASMPT’s connected solutions took center stage. Visitors were eager to learn about WORKS Operations for smart workforce planning, Virtual Assist, the mobile assistant designed for the shopfloor, and training opportunities through the ASMPT Academy.
Meanwhile, tools like SMT Analytics, WORKS Monitoring, and WORKS Optimisation demonstrated how real-time data can be turned into fast, actionable insights — enabling manufacturers to make better decisions, faster.
