ASMPT Showcases the Intelligent Factory at productronica India 2025

ASMPT SMT Solutions drew strong attention at this year’s productronica India (September xx–xx), where our Intelligent Factory concept, along with cutting-edge hardware and software solutions, inspired productive discussions with trade visitors. The fully integrated approach — combining data, machines, and processes — resonated strongly with attendees looking to maximize flexibility, boost throughput, and ensure stable, high-volume production.

At our joint booth with long-standing distribution partner Maxim SMT, the spotlight was on the DEK TQ solder paste printer platform and the high-speed SIPLACE TX placement solution. Visitors also showed keen interest in the SIPLACE CP20 and CPP placement heads, both ideally suited for the high-volume demands of the Indian market. Together, these innovations demonstrated ASMPT’s ability to deliver precision, speed, and reliability for manufacturers competing in demanding production environments.

The conversations extended to our comprehensive software portfolio, where the ASMPT WORKS Software Suite and Factory Solutions took center stage. Visitors explored how WORKS Optimization enables end-to-end process improvements, how the Factory Equipment Center streamlines asset and maintenance management, and how the Material Flow Optimizer ensures smooth intralogistics and consistent material supply. SMT Analytics rounded off the showcase, offering deep insights across the entire SMT production process to help customers identify opportunities for improvement and eliminate bottlenecks.
