Section 1 Which categories of personal related data do we process?
The following data are collected and stored when the Guest WiFi is accessed.

Data automatically collected by us:

• MAC address (unique ID of the network card)
• Location of dial-up
• Operating system
• Device type
• Login date and time
• Amount of data transferred
• Duration of use
• Validity period
• Browser information (type, version, language settings, etc.)
• Information on end-point protection (e.g. virus scanner installed, etc.)
• Web log (websites accessed; no storage of user names or passwords; web filters)

In addition, ASMPT SMT ensures – through up-to-date technical and organisational measures – that legal requirements are adhered to, and thus it is possible that certain services or webpages are not accessible or usable.

These data can all be provided optionally and are used to contact you in case of queries, for example. If you do not provide us with any contact details here, we will follow up the tip insofar as it is possible on the basis of the reported information, but we can inform you about the processing status and possible measures.

Section 3 No obligation to provide
You are neither contractually nor legally obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with your data, we will unfortunately not be able to provide WLAN guest access.
